"It's not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves"
*Cheesy quote for the website... check!
RecruitAid is not a "market leader" or "award winning recruitment provider". Neither are these other guys ;) What makes us different is our values — and we put money where our mouth is.
People often forget job searching as well as hiring can be tough and stressful for all parties involved. Clients may have immense pressure from above, candidates go through things we have no idea about and recruiters.. Where do I start? So maybe, before we are replaced by machines, we should stop acting like them and appreciate the human factor in the process?
We don't just wish the world was a better place. Every placement we complete generates donations for charities. A portion of every fee goes to grassroots organizations and causes important to you. Are you passionate about women's rights, refugees, environment or reeaaaaaally love cats? Together we can change the world one placement at a time.
Great slogans posted during Pride month and BLM protests get recruiters their followers' appreciation. But often due to targets, management pressure to complete placements, etc. they ignore their client's discriminatory requests. We operate 0 discrimination policy. The excuses about "team fit" only encourage us to help you diversify your team!
20% for everyone. Whether you are a start-up or an international enterprise, our fees remain the same. It ensures transparency, fairness and saves us haggling time we can then spend on ensuring the quality of client's and candidate's experience.
It's so much easier! Imagine going on a date, saying everything the other party wants to hear and hoping it's going to be a great match. We want everyone to be unapologetically themselves in the process as only that way, we increase chances of a long-term fit. By being honest with interview feedback, we can help candidates grow and prepare for their next application and our clients make necessary changes to attract the right talent. No more ghosting!
We put our efforts into helping job seekers prepare for the process. Our mission is to share our knowledge, skills and time with the ones who need a bit of extra support. We work with refugees, young women and other less privileged groups to get them opportunities they feel are out of their reach.
I'm not demanding being exclusive from day one, that would make me look crazy ;) If you need a hand with any of your roles and would like to see what it's like to work with me, let's start with contingency set up!
If you need a temporary cover to handle your in-house recruitment needs (whether it's a hiring spree or a sickness cover for your current team), feel free to contact me. If you're based in Europe, I'd be more than happy to spend time onsite to better understand (and represent) your business.
If you are a startup without the need (or budget) for a full time Talent Acquisition Manager, I can set up the TA function for you, implement your ATS, acquire sponsorship license, manage employer branding, LinkedIn presence and more. Everything will be tailored to your needs.
Daria
Founder, RecruitAid
I have 18 years of experience in recruitment covering sustainability, tech, sales, oil & gas and leadership roles. I left Eastern Europe with €1 in my pocket and now I'm running my own recruitment company.
I placed people all over the world including most hostile locations. If you want to hear the stories about my clients kidnapped by pirates or candidates hiding under beds, get in touch!
I'm multilingual, which means I can easily build rapport with a lot of people but also regularly forget words in my mother tongue.
I'm terrible at talking about myself but let me tell you about the amazing people I work with!
I chose not to use AI to write my website content. I hope it wasn't a mistake!
Enough about me though — I'd love to learn about you and what you're working on. Let's connect!
Say Hi on LinkedInA portion of every fee goes directly to grassroots organisations and causes that matter to you.
Whether you're looking to hire, searching for your next role, or need help building out your recruitment function — I'd love to hear from you.
